Tislelizumab is designed to minimize binding to FcγR on macrophages
The Fc region of the TEVIMBRA molecule is modified to prevent antibody-triggered destruction of tumor-fighting T cells by macrophages.4
Mechanism of Action of ETAPIDI (Tislelizumab)
- Tislelizumab is an anti-PD-1 antibody engineered without FcγR binding capability, allowing T-cells to continuously perform their effector functions.⁶
- Minimal binding between anti-PD-1 and FcγR may eliminate the ADCP process (T-cell clearance).⁶˒⁷
- Other anti-PD-1 antibodies (green circle).
- With FcγR binding capability.
